Why Do We Rely on CBCT 3D Imaging?
The CBCT 3D (Cone Beam Computed Tomography Three-Dimensional) Extraoral Imaging System enables us to obtain extremely high-resolution 3D images at a low dose radiation level. Viewing an unprecedented level of anatomical detail in three dimensions, and being able to manipulate those images to focus on any part of a tooth, makes it possible for the endodontist to see what could not otherwise be seen. This amazing technology enables Drs. Wells and Millstein to make more accurate diagnoses and treatment decisions to the benefit of all their patients.
